Frequently asked questions
Can you accommodate vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free and other dietary needs or allergies?
Yes, we can accommodate most common allergies. We have a wide range of vegetarian and vegan dishes available. We can take most allergies into account as long as we have the information well in advance. Please note that everything is cooked in the same kitchen, so we cannot completely rule out cross-contamination.
Can I change the guest count after booking, and until when?
It is natural that the number of guests changes a little after the booking, so yes, you can still make changes. In most cases, we check the final number of guests one week before the event. In the case of bigger events, such as weddings, the check date is 2 weeks before the event. After the final check, we charge 50% of any possible cancellations.
Do you offer delivery only, or also setup and serving staff?
Yes, yes and yes. Depending on your needs, you may pick up the food from our catering kitchen, or we can deliver and set it up for you. We are also more than happy to offer the whole package, where our waiters are there to make sure you can concentrate on what matters most – your guests.
Can you also host our event at Levant?
Yes, we have restaurant spaces available for private reservations as well. Levant Bulevardi’s main dining hall can accommodate 44 people, and the cosy lounge space downstairs can fit 24 people. Another nice option is Levant Kallio – a laid‑back restaurant space for 18 people.
What is your cancellation policy?
With bigger events, the reservation fee is not returned in case of cancellation. After the final check (1–2 weeks before the event), we charge 50% of any possible cancellations. However, we understand that life happens and are very flexible with date changes or other modifications if your event cannot be held as planned.
What happens to leftover food and serving dishes after the event?
Any leftover food is yours to keep. We'll agree on the return of the serving dishes before the event. We can come and pick them up within a few days or you may drop the dishes off in any of our restaurant locations. Sometimes we opt for disposable containers, so returning the dishes is not a worry.
